Companion — Presentation Commander Client
The Presentation Commander client on a Stream Deck
What it does
A Bitfocus Companion module for the Presentation Commander client, so you can drive a running copy from a Stream Deck over its OSC protocol, whichever source type it's showing: PDF, Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides or Canva.
It talks straight to the app's own OSC listener on UDP 35551 and gets feedback back on 35550, so there's nothing to install on the app side. Just turn OSC on in its title bar.
- Next and previous slide, go to a slide number, first and last, named sections
- Start and stop Program Out, toggle black or white screen, toggle the laser pointer overlay
- Set the current slide as the desktop wallpaper
- Pause and resume timed auto-advance, and PowerPoint media transport
- Feedbacks and variables reflecting the app's current state
Where it stands
Released. It isn't in the official Companion module store, so install it as a developer module. Its sibling, the server module, controls the separate master server over that server's own HTTP API instead.
