What it does
A Bitfocus Companion connection module for Atem Overseer — record and stream per switcher and across the whole fleet, PGM/ISO record mode, monitor mute, media assignment and restreamer channels.
The button worth putting in front of an operator is ALL rolling: every connected switcher recording. 'Something is recording' is true when three of four machines are rolling, which is the failure an ISO shoot cannot recover from.
- Record and stream start, stop and toggle, per switcher and fleet-wide
- Toggles resolve from the switcher's own reported status, and refuse rather than guess
- Distinguishes still-flushing from idle, and connecting from streaming
- Recording headroom and stream cache warnings
- A generated preset section per switcher
Where it stands
Released. Verified against a fake Overseer over a real HTTP server and WebSocket, not against switchers. Not in the official Companion module store — install it as a developer module.
