What it does
A Bitfocus Companion connection module for RFutils — a radio-mic rack's battery, RF and audio state as a monitor tile per channel, plus Dante crosspoint control.
Every threshold goes dark when a receiver stops reporting rather than showing a remembered value, and a blue 'stopped reporting' state overrides low and critical. A battery percentage from twenty minutes ago is indistinguishable from a current one on a button face.
- A monitor tile per channel, escalating amber to red to blue
- Battery percentage, battery runtime and RF thresholds, set once in the connection config
- Audio present and channel silent, as separate questions from no-information
- Dante crosspoint make and clear
- Frequency programming that is a dry run unless explicitly ticked
Where it stands
Released. Verified against a fake RFutils over a real HTTP server and WebSocket. RFutils' own Sennheiser adapter is an unverified skeleton, so a blank reading may be the receiver, the network, or the adapter. Not in the official Companion module store — install it as a developer module.
