What it does
A Bitfocus Companion connection module for srt-router — take any source to any output, cycle an output through the source list, fire a salvo across the whole matrix, and add or remove sources and outputs at runtime.
Crosspoint presets are generated from the router's own configuration once the module connects, one section per output, so a row of buttons is a section dragged onto a page.
- Take, cycle and salvo, with crosspoint and source-side tally
- Cycle skips sources the output cannot carry, using the router's payload classes
- Runtime add and remove of sources and outputs
- A variable per output for what is on it, and per source for how many outputs it feeds
- Generated crosspoint presets, capped so a large matrix stays usable
Where it stands
Released. Verified against a fake router over a real HTTP server and WebSocket, not against a live rig. Not in the official Companion module store — install it as a developer module.
